RCPG-24 – 60cm Two Tier Automatic Gas Pivoting Chargrill

This machine is simple and easy to use without a teaching curve for staff. Simply place the skewers on top of the grill and the pivoting mechanism rotates the food at a consistent pace over the heat. Constant rotation ensures the meat juices are locked in and the end product does not dry up. Delivering high levels consistency, through the use of adjustable speed control and temperature control to regulate spinning rpm. Simple and efficient cleaning by the use of the specially designed removable burners which through their innovative design do not get blocked resulting in even cooking of the product, unlike inferior burners found in other grills.

Versatility

Rotoquip’s automatic grills can be used with a variety of skewers to grill all types of meat. Our Flat shaped stainless skewers are available in various widths to grill Lamb Chops, Ribs, Quarter Chicken, Half Chicken And Vegetables. Whereas the standard 8mm square skewer can be used to grill Kebabs, Koftas, Lamb cubes, Chicken tikka. Our unique 4mm square skewer can handle Shrimps and Prawns. Rotoquip’s innovative cage design can even grill fish of your choice. All these can be used simultaneously to fulfil all orders.

Our range of models start with just 2 burners for small takeout and can be made up to any size required.

Ease Of Use

Simply set the desired speed using the motor speed control and adjust gas power on individual burner to achieve optimal cooking. Place your skewers on the grill and simply lift off when it has reached desired cooking temperature. Constant rotation of the skewer ensures even cooking on all sides and stops the meat from drying out. A second tier locking cage can be used at various heights to cook products without the need of a skewer. Products like fish, lamb chops, steaks, vegetable etc. can easily be cooked using this removable cage.

Ease Of Clean

Cleaning the pivoting grill is easy thanks to it’s innovative design. Simply lift off the stainless-steel cast-iron mesh and burners and wash them in sink. The water trays underneath can be removed from front and cleaned.

Our automatic pivoting grills are available on natural and bottled gas. These can also be used on 110v OR 230V. Please specify your requirements before purchase
